Terms of Service
Currently under final review
Our formal Terms of Service are being prepared with reference to the Korea Fair Trade Commission's standard terms and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's standard terms for digital content. We will publish the full text with its effective date as soon as our business information and refund and subscription policies are finalized. Until then, the terms that actually apply are set out below.
The service
- A subscription software service (SaaS) that supports preparation for management system certification such as ISO and TISAX.
- This service is not a certification body and does not issue certifications. We do not guarantee audit outcomes.
- AI-generated document drafts and analyses are reference material. Final judgement and approval are your responsibility.
Your data
- You own the materials you upload and the documents your organization creates. The service does not use them for any purpose other than providing the service.
- Organization owners can download all organization data at any time under Settings > Data export.
- Where your organization uses the supplier assessment feature, the service acts as a processor of personal information to that extent. The details of this arrangement will be set out in the full terms.
Accounts and termination
- You can delete your account yourself under Settings > My profile after logging in.
- The last owner of an organization can leave only after transferring ownership to another member. This ensures someone remains to manage the organization's settings and subscription.
- If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not stop billing. Please cancel your subscription first.
Not yet finalized
- Refund calculation, subscription auto-renewal cycle, and AI credit carry-over policy.
- Advance notice period and data retention grace period if the service is discontinued.
- Whether a limitation-of-liability clause will be included.
